Orders & Production
What size should I choose?
Fit and feel matter. Each product page includes detailed size notes to help you find the right fit. If you need guidance, reach out and share your usual size and how you prefer your sweatshirts to fit — relaxed, true to size, or oversized — and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Can I request rush production?
At this time, we don’t offer rush production. We’d rather take the time to get every detail right than rush a piece that’s meant to last.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested update. Once an order has entered production, we’re usually unable to adjust or cancel it—especially for personalized items.
Can I speak with someone?
Of course. Email us with any questions or concerns, and our team will respond within 48 hours. Messages received on Fridays may be answered the following Monday.
Product & Customization
How does customization work?
Magill offers refined, made-to-order personalization on select pieces. Each item page outlines the available customization options, placement details, and color selections.
What can I customize?
Most Magill pieces allow you to customize text, such as names, initials, places, teams, or short phrases. Custom options vary by product and are outlined on each product page.
Are there character limits?
Yes. To keep your piece readable and well-balanced, we include recommended character limits for each style. If your text runs longer than suggested, we may adjust spacing to keep the design clean.
Can I preview my design?
Yes — our customization preview tool allows you to see your design before purchasing. Please note that final embroidery may vary slightly due to thread texture and garment structure.
Shipping
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. You’ll choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation. When your order ships, we’ll send a second email with tracking details.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States and offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard ground shipping is free for U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat-rate shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Does expedited shipping speed up production?
Expedited shipping only affects the shipping speed once your order is complete. Production time for custom items remains 2–3 weeks regardless of the shipping method you select.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue or error on our end.
What about non-custom items?
Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within a set window, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review and make it right.
Care
How should I care for my Magill pieces?
For most apparel, we recommend turning garments inside out, machine washing on cold with like colors, and laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach to preserve color and embroidery.
Will the embroidery hold up over time?
Yes. When cared for properly, embroidery details are designed to hold their shape and color wash after wash.
Other
Do you offer group or bulk orders?
For teams, events, or matching sets, please reach out via the contact form with your details. We occasionally take on small group orders if timing and capacity allow.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available and delivered via email so your recipient can choose or customize their own piece.
