FAQ


Return Policy: 


Standard Items (non-custom): To receive a refund for a standard item (non-custom) the product must be returned unworn and unwashed and without any damages within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. We do not accept exchanges, if you would like another size you will need to return your previously purchased item and place an order for the new size you would like.


Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and completed. We will notify you by email when your package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.


Custom Orders: We do not accept returns on custom-made items. A ‘Custom Item’ is a fabric, color or print that is not currently listed for sale within the Magill online shop. 


Return Process:

If you have ordered a Standard Item that you would like to return, please reach out via the contact page and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Once we have received your return we will initiate the refund back to your original method of payment.


We do not accept returns on custom-made items.


Lost Items:

If an item you ordered is not delivered within 14 days of receiving your shipping 

notification it will be considered lost. Lost items will be replaced at no charge to the 

customer. Standard Items are eligible for a refund if lost. Custom Orders cannot be 

returned and therefore are not eligible for a return. They will instead be replaced at no cost to the customer.


Damaged Items: 

If an item arrives damaged, the customer will be required to submit photographic 

evidence of the damage that was incurred. Return or replacement will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the damage that has taken place.


Wrong Size is Ordered: 

Standard Items (non-custom): If the wrong size is ordered for a Standard Item, the customer may return the item for a refund as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in new condition. We do not accept exchanges, if you would like another size you will need to return your previously purchased item and place an order for the new size you would like.


Custom Orders: We do not accept returns on custom-made items. A ‘Custom Item’ is a fabric, color or print that is not currently listed for sale within the Magill online shop. 


Item Shrinks After Washing:

Care instructions are included within the product listing for each Magill item. Certain items will also include care instructions on an interior label. We recommend washing our items by hand with cold water to prevent shrinkage and damage. We do not accept returns for failure to follow the prescribed care instructions for our products.


Shipping Costs:

US: Purchases under $50 will have a $7 shipping fee for domestic US shipping. Purchases over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.


International: International shipping is available. Shipping rates for international orders may vary and will be calculated at checkout. 


Delivery Time:

Standard Items will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. Custom Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. You should receive your purchase within 3 business days of shipment. We will notify you via email when your 

order has been shipped.
